Laboratory Accreditation Information

Upon written or oral request, copies of the McLendon Clinical Laboratories accreditation certificates may be obtained from the Administrative Offices (Room 1106; phone 984-974-1500).

The McLendon Clinical Laboratories and its affiliated laboratories are certified by the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services(CMS) and the College of American Pathologists (CAP).
