UNC Eastowne Medical Office Building

The Eastowne Medical Office Building is a 6-story, 150,000 square foot building that houses multiple clinical services in one convenient location. See below for a comprehensive list of services offered at Eastowne. Both the building and the services offered inside have been designed with the patient in mind and aim to provide an optimal patient experience.

Parking and Transportation

Eastowne is located near the intersection of 15-501 and I-40 and includes free parking. Access to Eastowne is provided by the CL route of Chapel Hill transit. Additionally, bike storage racks are available for use at the medical office building.

Food Options

The Eastowne Market Café is located on the first floor and offers a variety of food selections. The Market Café includes breakfast, lunch, and snack offerings in addition to an assortment of bottled beverages, water, and juices. The Eastowne Market Café accepts credit card and contactless payment only at this time. Offsite eating options that are close by include Wegmans, Eastgate Crossing, Rams Plaza, Patterson Place, New Hope Commons and several fast food restaurants.
