Adult Infusion Clinic -Oncology

Rotation Description:

This rotational learning experience will provide exposure to the resident on the functions of a clinical pharmacist practitioner in an adult oncology infusion center. The resident will be exposed to first-cycle counseling of chemotherapy patients, supportive care management of symptomatic patients, utilization of clinical practice guidelines, medication access issues, and quality improvement initiatives.
