Rotation Description:
The Academic Enterprises administration rotation focuses on the execution of the resident and student programs at the UNC Medical Center and other Triangle West locations. This includes focus on aspects that are common to all programs, including orientation/onboarding, recruitment, accreditation readiness, preceptor development, a number of longitudinal program responsibilities, and the partnership between the Medical Center Department of Pharmacy and the UNC Eshelman School of Pharmacy. Activities will depend on the time of year but may include such items as routine residency management activities, mentorship, schedule creation, and preceptor development.
