Rotation Description
As a float pharmacist I cover many units and areas in the hospital and precept any learners in those areas during my coverage time. As a former UNC resident, I have a strong understanding of the different critical care practice areas and the nuances of learning those aspects of pharmacy practice at UNC. While precepting learners on rotation, I maintain the same expectations as primary preceptors, will help lead topic and patient discussions and identify further opportunities to ensure seamless learning experiences for our residents.
