Rotation Description
The clinical oncology administration rotation focuses on the management of the acute care and ambulatory care services provided through the hematology/oncology clinical service line at UNC Hospitals. Learners will have the opportunity to learn about our practice model, understand key drivers impacting oncology practice, engage in project management, and participate in quality improvement initiatives. There will also be an emphasis on learning about performance management, human resources, and policy development.
