Pharmacy Administration – Compounding & Perioperative Pharmacy Services
Rotation Description:
During this rotation, residents will have the opportunity to learn more about compounding (sterile and non-sterile) as well as perioperative pharmacy practice in the acute care setting. The resident will be involved in operational project management across the three areas during their time on rotation.
This rotation focuses on pharmacy leadership, human resources, performance management, strategic planning, policy development, and project management. The resident will learn more about our pharmacy operations model and how this is integrated into the overall department.
