Rotation Description:
This rotation provides an opportunity for residents to gain advanced experience in the management of inpatient pharmacy operations, including becoming a leader of leaders, cross-functional team alignment, FTE management (procurement and reclassification strategies), and process improvement via lean thinking. Residents will lead new product go-lives and projects, facilitate team meetings within the acute care operations leadership team and staff, and participate in a number of topic discussions tailored to their current and future career interests.
