Rotation Description:
This outpatient experience will allow the learner to practice in a collaborative setting with physicians and other healthcare providers to care for patients with Hodgkin's lymphoma and Non-Hodgkin's lymphomas. The learner will have many opportunities for direct patient care (e.g. treatment plan decision support, medication therapy management, supportive care, patient education); chemotherapy order writing; and assisting with drug information questions from our clinicians. The physicians in this clinic are wonderful to work with. They include myself and my learners in the care of each of their patients and allow us to practice to the top of our education and training.
