Why UNC

I chose UNC for its unequivocally clear commitment to residents' professional and personal growth. From my very first interactions with the preceptors and residents here while I was a pharmacy student, to my experiences here as a PGY1 resident, I am shown again and again that this program is structured to prioritize the residents' development into well-rounded and independent clinicians. The preceptors here will challenge you to set ambitious goals and support and mentor you through to the end. Here, at UNC, I am able to experience a wide breadth of rotations and learn essential skills to conduct meaningful research while surrounded by mentors and co-residents who cheer me on. I am so excited to be a part of the UNC pharmacy family!
