I was drawn to UNC for its exceptional reputation and long-standing commitment to excellence in healthcare. The pharmacy residency program aligns perfectly with my career goals, offering a wealth of opportunities for unique clinical and administrative experiences and exposure to a diverse patient population. Additionally, I was impressed by the emphasis on interdisciplinary collaboration, as I believe that working alongside other healthcare professionals will enrich my learning and improve patient outcomes. The mentorship and guidance provided by experienced preceptors and faculty members here at UNC is instrumental to my professional development. Lastly, the welcoming and supportive community I observed during my interactions with the staff and residents affirmed that this was the ideal environment for my residency journey.
