Why UNC

I was initially drawn to UNC's hematology and oncology residency program because of its offering of a multitude of clinical experiences in both outpatient and inpatient practice as well as its role as a premier, pharmacy friendly cancer and institution in North Carolina and the country. However, interacting with the preceptors, residency program leadership, and other residnts is what really sealed my desire to train as a Pharmacy Tar Heel and join this large family. I knew UNC would only add to my PGY1 training, helping to allow me to practice at the top of my license and be a leader in my field.
