Who We Are

Carolina Conexiones is made up of a group of bilingual volunteers (English and Spanish) that support Limited English Proficiency (LEP) patients and their families. We focus on pediatric areas, however; there are also opportunities throughout the Medical Center and surrounding communities. Spanish fluency is required.

What We Do

Conexiones Bilingual Navigators interact directly with patients and their families to provide support and resources. They also assist with a variety of tasks including medical appointment reminder calls, clinic registration and check-in, patient navigation and patient rounding.
